Our preferred finance partner works with the majority of our clients who are seeking a mortgage. They are experts at sourcing the best available mortgage products on the market, and they’re on-hand to discuss your options and assist at every stage of the process. Importantly, they work with all ES1 developments and therefore know exactly what is needed to ensure a smooth transaction. They also work with all major mortgage providers to ensure you have access to the full market.

Your Investment Journey

After an initial strategic consultation with one of our property investment experts, we recommend you speak with our preferred finance partner to ensure you have the best mortgage product for your investment.

To reserve your investment, we will ask for an initial payment of 5% of the property price. This non-refundable payment then begins the process of your acquisition.

Once this payment has cleared, you will receive your Welcome Pack which includes all the documentation you need, including your reservation form and receipt. Our Sales Progression Team will then contact you to talk you through the next steps.

The standard period from reservation to exchange is 28 days. Most clients use our recommended panel of solicitors, as they perform all the necessary due diligence on our properties in advance, resulting in a swift process. The solicitor will liaise directly with you regarding any additional documentation required, and deal with the exchange of your property.

Upon exchange, you will pay a further 25% of the property price. Following this, you will receive monthly updates so you can see each stage of your new investment being completed. During the period between exchange and completion, our Client Care Team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Approximately 3-4 months before the build is completed, we will contact you regarding the remaining payment. When the building has achieved Practical Completion, the developer will require payment, and it normally takes one month for the balance to be paid.

Once the balance is paid, you are now the legal owner of your property!
